Getting Started
Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it's the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym we provide a free consultation to find your best starting point at KCF. You will meet with the most qualified staff in the area! All of our coaches are certified trainers that have obtained CrossFit L2 to L4 certificates, as well as additional certificates in weightlifting, powerlifting, rowing, aerobic capacity, running, triathlon, gymnastics, and other specialty areas. Most individually have over a decade of training experience.

First, expect to spend 30-60 minutes at our gym, we'll give you a quick tour of the facility. Then, we will sit down and answer any questions you might have about who we are and how we train.
Some common questions might be:
- Do I have to be in shape to join?
- What kind of results can I expect?
- How often should I come?
- What membership plan is right for me?
Next we determine the best steps customized to your goals, needs, and fitness level. Either way, this is a great starting point and you will leave KCF with some great advice. Most of all, your first visit is a great way to determine if our gym is a good fit for you.
