CrossFit for Kids
FUN, Challenging, and Socially Interactive
KCF Kids is a FUN, challenging and socially interactive fitness program for elementary school-age children. Young athletes learn proper movements at an early age in order to foster a lifelong commitment to fitness and health.
Classes run for 60 minutes and are structured to introduce kids to fitness and movement and enhance their self-esteem and confidence. Most importantly, kids have FUN! (Did we say that already?)
Each session focuses on functional movements and involve challenges, games and play.
When
KCF Kids runs in 4-week sessions, Saturday mornings from 9:00am-10:00am.
