CrossFit for Kids
FUN, Challenging, and Socially Interactive
KCF Kids is a FUN, challenging and socially interactive fitness program for elementary school-age children. Young athletes learn proper movements at an early age in order to foster a lifelong commitment to fitness and health.
Classes are structured to give kids progressive training in gymnastics and strength training, as well as an increase in self-esteem and confidence. Most importantly, kids have FUN! (Did we say that already?)
Class runs for 60 minutes, the coach ensures that class starts and finishes on-time. Each session is structured around functional movements that involve challenges, games and play.

Currently our KCF Kids Program is held in 4-week sessions. The next planned session will run on Saturday mornings from 9:00am-10:00am.
