Every minute on the minute, for as long as possible
Minute 1: 2 Calorie echo bike
Minute 2: 2 Burpees
Minute 3: 4 Calorie echo bike
Minute 4: 4 Burpees
Etc……
*After the rounds of 10/10, increase each minute by 1 rep*
