*No Rower Variation*
Sub with equal time/distance on any machine (bike, ski, treadmill, etc.) or a 400m run

*No Bumper Plate Variation*
Use any weighted object for russian twists (DB, medicine ball, etc.) or perform without weight

*No Kettlebell Variation*
May sub with a barbell or double DB front rack carry, or use any weighted object and perform a 200m bear hug carry (DB, med ball, loaded pack, etc.)
