Perform box squats with any weighted objects (sandbag, loaded pack, etc.)

*No Box Variation*
Perform either back, front, or overhead squats depending on loading and rack availability

*No Band Variation*
Sub with 15 single leg glute bridges (per leg) per round using any object(DB, bumper plate, etc.) or with bodyweight
