Load up two sturdy bags with desired weight for farmers carries(think heavy bags of groceries

*No Access to Sled*
Load a wheelbarrow full of weight (example: wood logs), may also perform another carry variation in place of sled drag(example: front rack carry, bear hug carry, etc….)

*Don’t have Your Own Stone*
Find any odd object lying around in your house, garage, or outside and lift to your shoulder for 20 reps
