16 Single leg DB Romanian deadlifts (8 per leg)
Max time driver squat wall sit hold
*Rest as needed between rounds*

*No Barbell Variation*
Perform weighted squats with any objects available (DB’s, KB’s, sandbag, etc.), add tempo and/or pause work to make squats more challenging

*Barbell But No Squat Rack Variation*
Sub with front squats or overhead squats depending on the loading you have access too, include tempo and/or pause work to increase difficulty

*No DB Variation*
Perform single leg RDL’s using any weighted objects you have access to (KB’s, barbell, etc.), may also do these with bodyweight only
