WOD:

3 Position power clean
(High hang, hang, floor)
15 Minutes to build to a max complex

THEN:

12 Minute alternating EMOM
Odd minutes: 12 power cleans (135#/95#)
Even minutes: 12 box jump overs (24″/20″)

*No Barbell Variation*
(For clean complex) use either a set of DB’s or PVC pipe and work the mechanics and positions of each lift for 15 minutes
(For metcon) use any weighted objects that you can perform power cleans with(DB’s, KB’s, sandbag, loaded pack, etc.)

*No Box Variation*
Use any object that you can jump on or over(bench, bucket, chair, etc.)

 

When you let the kiddos take your fitness pictures this is the final product!
