Perform penguin jumps, lateral hops, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, etc.

Use any weighted objects you might have for the lunges (barbell, KB’s, case of water, etc.) and any handheld weighted objects for the swings (KB’s, water jugs, etc.)

*No Situp Variation*
Sub with increasing time in a plank hold position
