Max rep sit-ups

*Every minute on the minute starting at 0:00, perform “Death By Burpees”*

*No Jump Rope Variation*

Sub with equal time spent performing penguin hops, jumping jacks, mountain climbers (roughly :20-:30 per round)

*No Barbell Variation*

Perform snatches using any weighted objects available (DB, KB, bumper plate ground to overhead, etc.)

*No Sit-up Variation*

Sub with any midline movement that you’re comfortable with (hanging knee raises, tucks on the floor, plank holds, etc.)

*No Burpee Variation*

Sub with either whip ups or hand release pushups, keeping the rep scheme the same (1st round 1 rep, 2nd round 2 reps, etc…..)
