Back squat

*No Barbell Variation*
perform weighted squats with any objects available(DB’s, KB’s, sandbag, etc.)*if the loads are on the lighter side, add in tempo work and/or pause squats as well
 
*Barbell But No Squat Rack* 
perform same lifting day but as either front squats or overhead squats
