Accessory work:

1:30 Banded glute march
Max time driver squat wall sit hold (25#/15#)
*Rest as needed between rounds*

*No Barbell Variation*
Perform squats with any weighted object you have available (DB’s, KB’s, sandbag, etc.)
If the weight is on the lighter side, also add in pause and tempo work to each rep

*No Band Variation*
Sub with 15 single leg glute bridges (per side) or if you have access to a sled then perform a 1:30 heavy reverse sled drag
