Thanksgiving Day Earn Your Feast
It’s time for the KCF tradition of gathering on Thanksgiving morning for a great pre-feast workout. This year, we are asking that you bring cash to donate toward the medical expenses of our friend, Carolynn Morgan. She was recently diagnosed with liver and colon cancer and has just begun intensive treatment. If you are not going to be able to make it to the workout, no worries, we can collect your donation at the gym before or after Thanksgiving. Everyone is welcome, see you at 10AM!
