Round 2: Power snatch (95#/65#)

Round 3: Thruster (75#/55#)

Perform equal distance on any machine you have (bike, row, ski, etc.)

*No Pull-up Bar Variation*

Perform burpees to a target (12″ above your head) or just sub with standard burpees

*No Barbell Variation*

Perform all movements using any weighted objects you have available (DB’s, KB’s, sandbags, etc.)
