Perform sumo deadlift high pulls with any weighted object (KB, DB, loaded pack, etc)

*No Box Variation*

Sub with equal time spent on tuck jumps, jumping onto stairs, or jumping over any object (bench, chair, etc.)

*No Bike Variation*

Sub with equal time on any machine (row, ski, air runner, etc.) or accumulate 10m shuttle runs for the full minute
