Death By Interval “Elizabeth”
Every 2:00 for as long as possible
200m Run
5 Power cleans (135#/95#) + 5 ring dips
*After every round completed, add 1 rep to both movements*

*No Run Variation*
Sub with equal time spent on any machine (row, bike, ski, etc.) not to exceed 1:00 per round (scale distance as needed)

*No Barbell Variation*
Perform power cleans using any weighted objects available (DB’s, KB’s, sandbag, etc.)

*No Rings Variation*
Sub with bodyweight dips on any flat surface (bench, chair, box, etc.) or standard pushups on the floor
