Turn Running Into Your Strength

This 4-hour workshop is designed to help you improve your running technique and learn strength & conditioning principles geared toward making you a stronger, more resilient runner.

The workshop will include individualized video analysis and assigned Pose Method running drills.

It will also include instruction and practice in exercises that have been shown to help prevent common running injuries. Additionally, we will discuss exercise protocols designed to improve overall fitness to help you become a genuinely stronger runner. The workshop will conclude with a running specific strength & conditioning workout.

Experience in CrossFit or weightlifting is not required to attend this course. It is designed for all manner of athletes, from the new runner to the ultra-marthoner, from the casual weight lifter to the Games-level CrossFitter.

The workshop will be led by Dan Hollingsworth, owner of Kitsap CrossFit. Dan is a Physical Therapist who specializes in sports injuries as well as a Level 4 Certified CrossFit Coach. Additionally, Dan has a certificate in Pose Running and was a Head Coach on the CrossFit Endurance Seminar Staff for 4 years.
