*No Jump Rope Variation*
Perform double tap penguin jumps, lateral hops, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, or use any weighted object to simulate the feeling of a jump rope (ex: knotted curtains)

*No Pullup Bar Variation*
Perform equal number rows using any equipment you might have (barbell, DB’s, rings, etc.) or banded lat pull downs if that is an option for you
