Use DB’s or KB’s for power snatch and thruster find any object and perform ground to overhead and/or thruster with it (bumper plate, med ball, bag of dog food, etc.)

*No Pullup Bar Option*
Perform v-ups or knee tucks in place of toes to bar perform bent over rows with DB’s,KB’s, or any weighted object (soup cans, bottles of water, etc.)
