Wall Balls (20/14)
First thought after First CrossFit WOD: I could definitely make this a habit….Lifting heavy weights and we get to row!!! The wall balls did suck though:)!!
Before CrossFit I did: Bicep curls for time in the mirror…aka lift heavy weights at the base gym.
Favorite CrossFit exercise: Deadlift
Least favorite CrossFit exercise: Run
I love Kitsap CrossFit because: Shela and I have made so many friends that will hopefully last a lifetime. I also enjoy the results we have both received from this new lifestyle!!
Most surprising accomplishment: Bar Muscle Up and Deadlifting 475lb….and to think I can only go up from there!!
Short Term Goals: Get my Level 2 Certificate and continue growing as a coach with the help from our Awesome Owners!
Long Term Goals: Coach forever at KCF, changing lives for the better one day at a time.
Hobbies: CrossFit, Coaching kids sports
Favorite food: French Fries….I know it’s not paleo, but it has always been my fave.
Freestyle: (share something interesting we haven’t covered) Originally from Cuero, Texas. Did 10 years in the military. While stationed at Bangor, met Shela and the rest is history:):). I also have two beautiful children who love CrossFit just as much as Shela and I.
