First thought after First CrossFit WOD: I “thought” I was in shape, ha!
Before CrossFit I did: Whatever Muscle & Fitness magazine said, but I never once saw my abs
Favorite CrossFit exercise: Heavy Thrusters
Least favorite CrossFit exercise: Dead Lift
I love Kitsap CrossFit because: The community at the gym
Most surprising accomplishment: competing at 2008 & 2009 CrossFit Games (before you had to qualify)
Short Term Goals: Making responsible choices for scaling, increasing overall mobility, doing more dead lifts
Long Term Goals: Staying consistent and injury free
Hobbies: Cooking, Fooding, Beveraging, Snow/Skate, Hunting/Fishing/Camping, Soccer, Construction
Favorite food: Steak, mmmm….
Freestyle: (share something interesting we haven’t covered) From what I can tell I am roughly built like an alligator – short legs, short arms, really long torso. No tail though. This does not bode well for me in many pursuits, so I have to be tough like an alligator too.
