What If Your Doctor Did CrossFit

The number of healthcare professionals that are starting to embrace CrossFit is growing, but it’s still not enough. Imagine how much better healthcare could be if all the doctors, nurses, physical therapists, dietitians, etc adopted the lifestyle that we all know is superior to anything else out there.

We go to our healthcare professionals so we can be educated on how to be healthier. Perhaps it’s time to turn the tables on that relationship. Perhaps it’s time we let our healthcare professionals know how they could be healthier and in turn they could better help the rest of their patients.
