10ft Handstand walk
10 Russian kettlebell swings
20ft Handstand walk
15 Russian kettlebell swings

*No Kettlebell Option*
May use DB’s or any object that has a handle for the swings (case of water, bucket of unopened paint, etc.)

*Unable to Handstand Walk Option*
sub in either increasing rep wall walks (1,2,3…..) or same distance high hip bear crawls (10ft,20ft,30ft, etc.)

*Turkish Getup Options*
other than bodyweight or any free weights, use any odd object you see laying around that you feel might work (GET CREATIVE!)
