The 2015 Teen Winter Weightlifting Camp is an introduction to the sport of weightlifting, also known as Olympic Weightlifting.
While weightlifting is a great stand alone sport, it also contributes to the development of ALL athletes. Many believe that these lifts are advantageous only for power athletes, like football players, but runners, swimmers, soccer players, literally athletes can benefit from learning and training these lifts. Weightlifting is also a great confidence boosting activity for those that aren’t involved in sports.
This camp is a great way to introduce your teen to an activity that requires discipline and focus while developing fitness.
